  1. 认识新加坡水资源的挑战及其独特的闭合式水循环体系；
    Understand the Singapore Water Challenges and the closed water loop;

  2. 了解ABC 水道工程及其创意的解决方案；以及
    Understand the ABC water programme and its innovative solution; and

  3. 能向游客介绍ABC水道的可持续特征。
    Able to introduce sustainability features of the ABC waterways to the Tourists.
