Raymond Khoo
Licensed Tourist Guide &
ACTA-Certified Adult Trainer
Raymond Khoo Kian Peng is an accomplished and versatile professional trainer with over 20 years’ industry expertise and an exceptional breadth of certifications spanning tourism, real estate, finance, insurance, logistics, and community leadership, Raymond brings deep subject matter authority and dynamic bilingual facilitation to every course he conducts.
As an ACTA-certified adult educator, he is skilled in course design, workshop facilitation, assessment, and adult learning methodology. Designing and delivering accredited, learner-centred training courses, Raymond taps into his real-world experience as an STB-licenced Tourist Guide to specialise in tourism, translation, and interpretation training modules for fellow Tourist Guides.
When Raymond is not sharing his knowledge and expertise in the classroom, he is an active grassroots leader serving residents and community programmes within Tampines GRC, and an Accredited Mediator fostering dialogue and community harmony. He champions volunteerism, engagement, and inclusive community development initiatives.
A strong believer in the power of education, Raymond holds degrees from the Singapore University of Social Sciences, Shenzhen University, and QingHua University.
