About the Trainer
Foong Siew-Tong
Licensed Tourist Guide &
ACLP-Certified Architecture Trainer
Foong Siew-Tong (ST Foong) is a Singapore Tourism Board (STB)-certified Architecture Guide with 26 years of professional experience in master planning, architecture, and sustainable design across Singapore and major Chinese cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.
Previously serving as Design Director for CapitaLand, Tesco, and China state-owned enterprise JinMao, ST has contributed to major retail, commercial, and urban development projects. His notable project experience includes The Dubai Mall, CapitaLand shopping malls, Tesco malls, and the Nike flagship store at Orchard Road, Singapore.
Combining professional architectural expertise with a strong understanding of Singapore’s urban development, heritage, and built environment, ST conducts engaging and insightful architectural tours for diverse audiences. These include guided tours at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Housing & Development Board (HDB) galleries, as well as customised city architecture tours for foreign dignitaries from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), urban planners, architects, and other professional groups.
As an ACLP-certified Associate Trainer with STGS, ST has also developed and delivered Professional Development Courses (PDC). Topics include Singapore architecture and Feng Shui, mobile phone photography, and Hainanese culture in Singapore.
ST’s approach to training integrates architectural knowledge, urban planning principles, sustainability, cultural heritage, and storytelling, to create meaningful learning experiences that deepen participants’ appreciation of Singapore’s built environment and urban transformation.

冯少同(Foong Siew-Tong, ST Foong)为新加坡旅游局(STB)认证建筑导览员,拥有26年专业经验,专长涵盖总体规划、建筑设计及可持续设计,工作领域遍及新加坡及中国主要城市,包括北京、上海和深圳。
曾担任凯德集团、乐购(TESCO)及中国国有企业金茂的设计总监,参与多个大型商业、零售及城市发展项目。代表项目包括迪拜购物中心(Dubai Mall)、凯德购物中心系列、乐购购物中心系列以及新加坡乌节路耐克旗舰店。
ST凭借丰富的建筑专业知识,以及对新加坡城市发展、文化遗产与建成环境的深入理解,致力于为不同群体提供富有启发性及深度的建筑导览体验。曾为外交部贵宾、城市规划师、建筑师在新加坡市区重建局及建屋发展局展览馆提供导览服务。
同时,作为新加坡导游协会STGS 的认证培训师,ST负责设计及开展专业发展课程(PDC),包括《新加坡建筑与风水》,《数码摄影精要》,及《新加坡海南文化》。
