An experienced Trainer, experiential learning facilitator, and Singapore Tourism Board (STB)-licensed Tourist Guide, Lora Lee’s training and guiding practice is grounded in Gratitude Culture and Values Development, which she integrates into every learning session to foster personal growth, self-awareness, empathy, and meaningful human connection. She believes deeply in the power of storytelling to help individuals reflect, share, and inspire through lived experience.

As a Training Partner for the Society of Tourist Guides (Singapore), Lora has co-curated four Professional Development Courses (PDCs) and conducted these over 40 times, with each session training 12 to 20 Tourist Guides.

Other highlights include:

  1. Delivering more than 15 Interprofessional Collaboration courses for aspiring healthcare therapists, for the HMI Institute of Health Sciences;

  2. Associate Trainer for the STB-approved Mandarin and English Tourist Guide Training Programme, at the Tourism Management Institute of Singapore (TMIS);

  3. Associate Trainer for tourism soft skills programmes designed for People with Disabilities (PWD), for Luddus Lab;

  4. Lead Guide for the Open My Factory series tour to TuasOne waste-to-energy plant and NSL OilChem Waste Management plant, for My Community;

  5. Leading and co-curating the Zero to Hero Food Sustainability tour, and learning journeys for many schools and organisations, for Tribe Travel;

  6. Actively involved in urban farm and vegetable waste collection for a local community for at least 4 years; and

  7. Active docent and guide at at the “Singapor 人” gallery, for Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC).
