On December 27, 2025, STGS organised a potluck party bringing together members to share some delicious food and enjoy the chance to catch up, connect, and reflect on the past year.

“What a fantastic evening at our year-end potluck on 27 December! As a newly minted guide, I felt so incredibly welcomed by this seasoned community! It was a joy to share my Peranakan Mee Siam (from Tok Panjang@Bukit Timah) and was hoping to snag a slice of that legendary chicken pie (from Chicken Pie Kitchen), but it was clearly the star of the show and vanished before I could even get a taste! I especially loved the traditional touch of the Christmas Stollen, which paired perfectly with the digestive biscuits for a sweet finish.
